What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. Please notify us within 24 hours at email@example.com. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
The Scattered Artist will refund your purchase amount minus return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee should you be dissatisfied with any fina art print or merchandise purchase. You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days.
The item must be returned in sellable condition and in the original packaging.
Our return policy also applies to cancellations made after an item has begun processing (generally one business day) or refusal at time of delivery.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee charged for items returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made. To request a return authorization number and instructions:

We save the information you give me, except for payment information (which may be saved by our secure third-party payment processors, but never by The Scattered Artist). We do not share this information with other people, unless required by law.
We will send you emails about any transactions you do while visiting us.
With your permission, we will also send you emails that may contain promotional offers, general information about fine art, stories, anecdotes, and anything else we find that is generally on topic. Each optional email you receive will contain instructions on how to opt-out of receiving further optional emails.
